Parts Warehouse Coordinator Buyer Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $25.00 to $35.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
- Invoicing and Billing
- Enters all materials and services on all order types
- Maintains inventory
- Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined part-number sequence
- Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items
- Uses computer and current inventory program (SAP) to enter records
- Prepares product for domestic and international shipping using proper packing techniques to insure safe arrival of goods and products.
- Determines best method of shipping and filing freight claims
- Sourcing, quoting, purchasing and billing merchandise for projects
- Reviews all shipping and receiving transactions, bills of materials, routing and picking transactions and errors in SAP
- Sources and purchases required parts/services at competitive pricing and terms
Parts Warehouse Coordinator Buyer Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related work experience
- SAP experience preferred
